Waterford at All Saints is an Independent and Assisted Living community with Memory Care, located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The exterior of the existing 1884 structure was completely restored and the interior renovated to provide 10 apartments for independent residents.The entire campus is on the National Historic Register.

New independent and assisted living apartments were added in a four-story structure over two levels of underground parking and are connected to the historic building by a one-story commons area, containing dining rooms, activity spaces, a beauty salon and administrative area. Waterford offers each resident a customized Life Enrichment & Wellness program, which is holistic in its approach, offering activities focus on health, fitness, education, nutrition, exercise, spirituality, and lifelong learning.

Dementia care and high-acuity assisted living services are provided in a separate wing. The Dementia Care is purposely designed as a small, intimate, family-style residence, in support of Waterford at All Saints Alzheimer's care approach, "Best Friends", through which each resident is assigned a 'best friend' caregiver who gets to know the person well and is able to determine when additional support is needed.

Waterford at All Saints received the 2001 Gold Award in the Best of Seniors Housing Design Awards competition, sponsored by the National Association of Homebuilders.
