Silverado – Bellevue is a small specialized memory care community currently under designed. Located in a residential transition area of Bellevue, the project bridges the single family neighborhood with the adjacent commercial uses. The site is encumbered with critical areas, which we are using to our advantage to help reduce the visible mass of the building and provide a visual buffer to adjacent uses.
