The Plaza at Kaneohe is the sixth community in the Plaza Assisted living family. Like its sister communities, it will offer a high level of personal care and memory care in a residential environment. Located in Kaneohe, on the windward side of Oahu, the four story structure will open in early 2016.

Assisted Living Residents will enjoy abundant activity and social spaces and an elegant dining room in which to meet friends and family. The memory care floors allow frail residents to socialize and dine in their own residential neighborhoods, all of which are designed to reflect, support and nurture the many cultures that call Hawaii home.
