Todd Sargeant

Todd began his career in renovation and adaptive reuse of Pre-WWII buildings before joining Wattenbarger in 1995. He has had the chance to be on both sides of the development table. Todd served as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Issaquah for 7 years, with 2 of those years as Chair-person. He also has experience with non-profit organization building committees whilst helping to design alterations to 8 Puget Sound churches, and a Master Plan for an 80 acre retreat facility and campground.

He has played a lead role as project architect or project manager on several large projects during his tenure at Wattenbarger. In addition to project management, he is involved with Human Resources, IT Management, as well as Software Instruction . Todd became an Associate with the firm in 2006.
