Ardea at Totem Lake is an affordable senior housing project designed to meet a growing need for housing for low income seniors. The building will consist of seven stories over one level of partially below grade parking. Each story will be approximately 16,875 SF, for a total of approximately 135,000 SF.
The first and second floors both have direct access from the sidewalk and will contain the community room laundry, mechanical spaces, lobby and leasing office. Levels one through seven will contain residential units with a unit mix of studios, 1-bedrooms, 2-bedrooms. The unit mix total is 170 units. The project is scheduled to break ground in December of 2023.
