Silverado at Bellingham is an 80 bed single story community designed exclusively for residents with Alzheimer's or other forms of memory impairment. The design works to support Silverado's industry leading operational and programming models.
The building is rectangular in design with a large central courtyard allowing an abundance of light from both sides of the building and provides safe and secure access to the outdoors. Amenity spaces and offices are spread throughout the building to provide continuous points of interest access to staff.
