The Commons at Sammamish provides approximately 235 market rate apartments and approximately 40,000 square feet of commercial retail and office space. The buildings are clustered around interior courtyards, landscaped gardens, and terrace overlooks of the park. Pedestrian pathways interconnect the courtyards and weave downhill, connecting the civic center to the park.
The mixed-use campus consists of four buildings that step down the hill from the Civic Center to the park. Varied storefronts, festive lighting between the buildings, as well as landscape and hardscape create a sense of place that encourage lingering. A highly amenitized courtyard is located between two of the buildings, creating a space for the apartment community to socialize and come together.
