The Plaza at Kaneohe is the 6th community in the Plaza Assisted living family. Like its sister communities, it offers a high level of personal care and memory care in assisted living as well as memory care services. Assisted Living Residents enjoy activity spaces and an elegant dining room to meet friends and family.
The memory care floors allow residents with cognitive decline to socialize and dine in their own neighborhoods, all of which are designed to reflect, support and nurture the many cultures that call Hawaii home. One wing of the building was designed to support Plaza Assisted Living's new Lamaku program. This wing was designed to the standards of a nursing facility to allow for residents needing higher levels of care.
