This project repositions the campus by replacing the old skilled nursing building with the new Heights and Crest residences, expanding living options for active adults and serviced independent living while enhancing campus connectivity. The Heights anchors the campus center with dining along the river, a 200-person auditorium, bistro, bar, and activity spaces, plus a variety of one- and two-bedroom units with modern amenities. The Crest takes advantage of river views with a welcoming lobby, library, club room, and private balconies for its residences. Together, the development adds fresh amenities, improved circulation, and a vibrant community space that strengthens the heart of the campus.
