This Campus is a 26-acre portion of a 140-acre development of property master planned for a variety of uses, the first phase of which is seniors housing. The focal point of the community will be the Clubhouse, where restaurant-style dining, and social, wellness and activity spaces will be located. Walking and golf cart paths are designed through the campus, along with bocce ball and sport courts. The southern view from the site is spectacular, with views of the Cascade Mountains and the Puyallup Valley. Residents can take in Mt. Rainier as they dine. The structures are designed in a Northwest architectural style, inside and out, reflecting the history of the timber trade that established this community back in the late 1800s.
