Sunrise of Issaquah is a five story assisted living and memory care community in scenic Issaquah Washington. The building is perched on a steep slope overlooking the North fork of the Issaquah Creek with views of the waterfall. A number of challenging site and geotechnical conditions led to a unique foundation and retaining system consisting of a combination of soldier piles, soil nails, spread footings, pin piles, and a Hilfiker wall system. Construction was completed in 2019.
