University House consists of four stories of wood framed construction over a partially below grade first floor. The front of the first floor opens contains most of the resident amenity spaces. The rear portion of the building contains most of the parking for the project. The upper floors form a figure 8 resulting in two interior courtyards. The slab was dropped at these courtyards to allow for sufficient soil to create a fully landscaped environment for the residents.
