The Village at Sammamish was a master plan to revitalize wellness and dining for the campus. The new master plan design comprised of 4 stories of apartments over 2-3 levels of basement parking, with commercial spaces on the first floor. The campus would also gain an outdoor plaza to promote nature among residents and guests.
