Village Concepts at Fairwood is located in the Renton highlands and provides independent, assisted living, and memory care for up to 126 residents. The building consists of three stories over one level of daylight basement and totals 107,000 SF. A self contained memory care wing on the first floor serves 32 residents with dementia. The community spaces include dining, a bar and bistro, salon, activity and craft center, and theater, as well as a club room overlooking the golf course from the 4th floor for resident enjoyment.
